The United States of America is a very high-risk area due to the increase in corona infections from December 30, 2021.
This means that there are different conditions for their (return) trip to the Netherlands.
Travelers from the United States will be subject to a quarantine obligation, including those who have been vaccinated against Covid-19, starting on December 30.
The Netherlands will change the U.S. from an area at high-risk for the coronavirus to an area at very high-risk for the viral infection.
Orange: only necessary trips
The color code for the United States of America is orange, because the country is a high-risk area due to the corona virus until December 30, 2021.
As of December 30, 2021, the United States of America is a very high-risk area. Only travel to the United States of America if necessary. For example, for family visits in the event of a death, serious illness or accident. Or if you need to be present somewhere for work.
